We were most saddened to learn about Mrs. Billie Ruth. Losing one's mother is a life changing experience. She was a grand lady in every sense and will be remembered fondly by many. Billie Ruth was a sweet lady. She would always come to the house and pick me up for church on Sunday and Wednesday nights. She gave me my first Bible and was there when I got baptized at Oak Hill church. And she was a good wife to my papaw Bill Porter. She will be missed dearly.... Teri Kay
