I met Leigh back in the 90’s while working at Payless Shoes. The first day of working together we became friends. I have soooo many memories. Life happened some years later and there was a disconnect. We reconnected April of this year and communicated until her last days. We would talk on the phone for hours. I’ll never forget what she told me. Her words were ‘you can always tell a real and true friend when you can reconnect after a disconnect and move as though you’ve never skipped a beat.’
I’m at peace in knowing you are in a better place, no more pain and suffering and the fact that you knew that I was one of your real and true friends.
I pray God’s love, peace, comfort and understanding for your children.
