Graveside funeral services for Mr. Earl Thomas McCowin, Jr are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday, January 9, 2024 in Mer Rouge Cemetery with Bro. Mark Schrock officiating. A time of visitation will be held Tuesday from 9 AM - 10:30 AM at Goldens.
Mr. McCowin, a retiree from Pulpmill Services in Monroe, LA, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the age of sixty-four. He loved watching the New Orleans Saints and LSU football and pitching horseshoes.
Mr. McCowin is survived by his son, Jason McCowin of San Diego, CA; sister, Carolyn McCowin; and brother, Roy McCowin of Mer Rouge, LA.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and June McCowin; daughter, Kayla Jordan; sister, Cindy McKnight; and maternal and paternal grandparents.
