Obituary of Cecilia Ann Bowe Bingham

Funeral services for Cecilia Ann Bowe Bingham are scheduled for 10 AM Monday, January 29, 2024, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Clovis Sturdivant officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, prior to the service, beginning at 9 AM. Mrs. Bingham, a resident of Calhoun, LA, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, at the age of seventy-six. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Calhoun, and enjoyed outdoor activities including, gardening and camping. Mrs. Bingham is survived by her daughter, Penny Fletcher, and husband A.C., of Calhoun, LA; sons, Robert Bingham, and wife Renee, of Calhoun, LA, and Jason Bingham, and wife Melissa, of Ruston, LA; brothers, George Cecil Bowe, Jr. of Bastrop, LA, David Bowe, and wife Cyndi, of Mer Rouge, LA, and Steven Bowe, and wife Julie, of Swartz, LA; grandchildren, Holly Jones, and husband Jeremy, Kurt Fletcher, Brian Fletcher, Kasey Fletcher, and husband Roger James, Marshal Bingham, and wife Krista, Katie Bingham, Harmony Miller, and husband Sam, Vanessa Bingham, Gavin Bingham, and wife Anna Ruth, Kaitlyn Baker, and husband James, Rohan Bingham; and nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Donald Bingham; father, George Cecil Bowe; mother, Barbara Ann Bowe; and sister-in-law, Jean Bowe.
