Obituary of Elmer Hugh Kelley

Funeral services for Mr. Elmer Hugh Kelley, age 86, are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, February 5, 2024, at Harmony Baptist Church with Brother Allan Eppinette officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 2 PM, followed immediately by the funeral services.
He is survived by his children, Ernest Kelley and wife Stephanie, Shari Kelley, and Angela Hall and husband Greg; step-children, Marcy Murray and husband Nathan, Michelle Weddle, Donald (Bo) Turnbow; eleven grand-children and twenty-six great grand-children.
Mr. Kelley is preceded in death by wife, Betty Sims Kelley; parents, Hulon and Luna Kelley; brother, Abner Walter (AW) Kelley and sister, Hilda Faye Welch.
Special friends include Harry Gee, Jerry Neathery, and so many more.
The family wish to convey their heartfelt thanks to Haven Home Health’s Karen, Stacey, Renee, Lashonda and Melanie; Ascend Hospice Care’s Kimberly, Shameika, Joe, Jalissa and many more.
Lastly, a heartfelt thanks to fur baby, Toby, who brought many years of love and joy.
