Obituary of Jimmy Lee Mangrum

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at Woodlawn Mausoleum for Jimmy Lee Mangrum, 86, who died Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 4:02 p.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge.
Fr. Mikel Polson, Pastor of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, will officiate for the services. US Army military honors will be performed by Fort Johnson Military Funeral Honors team.
Mr. Mangrum is survived by two sons, Martin Mangrum and his wife Allison of Bastrop, Chris Mangrum and his wife Jennifer of Sterlington; 4 grandchildren, Mallory Ball and her husband Tyler, Grant Mangrum, Ella Mangrum and Baylor Mangrum; two sisters, Theresa Holland and her husband Glen of Paragould, AR, Emma Gallion and her husband Clifton of Little Rock, AR; three brothers, Oren Mangrum and his wife Judy of Charleston, SC, Billy Mangrum of Paragould, AR, and Jerry Mangrum and his wife Nina of Ft. Worth, TX.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, June Breaux Mangrum and a sister-in-law, Shirley Mangrum.
