Mrs. Joann & Mr. Carl was our neighbors. It was such a pleasure living directly across the street from them. My family and I would often have conversations with them and whenever we saw each other in passing. When we first moved into the neighborhood her and Mr. Carl were one if the first to greet us. Meeting neighbors such as them is a rare treasure that many are not afforded to encounter. Mrs. Joann will surely be missed. Praying for Ms. Carla , Mr.Carl and the family.
