Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Ford are scheduled for 10 AM Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Harmony Baptist Church with Bro. Allan Eppinette officiating. A time of visitation with Mr. Ford’s family will be held Wednesday from 9 AM - 10 AM service time at Harmony Baptist Church under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Ford, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024, at the age of seventy-eight. He loved God and was always faithful because he knew where he was going when the Lord called him home. He loved the songs, “On the Wings of a Dove” and “He’s Still Working on Me”. Mr. Ford enjoyed collecting Indian Head Nickels, watching birds, and dressing nice. His favorite pastimes were playing Wa-hoo and Dominoes.
He is survived by his siblings, Caroline Wilson, Doyle Ford, Sandy Johnson, Sheila Boone; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Ford is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Helen Ford; and brothers, Herman Eugene Ford, Jr., and Jerry Ford.
