Mechelle and I had a chance to go on a road trip to Shreveport together. This was the very first time we were able to visit just the two on us as adults. We laughed and talked and shopped and had lunch. It was a wonderful day I will always cherish. Ever since that trip we would tease that we were like Thelma and Louise.
Happy heavenly birthday Louise. I love you so much and will miss you terribly. Rest in peace and know that we will ride together again. Thelma.

Randy, we want to extend our sincere condolences and love to you and your family. Though distance has kept us apart for so many years, you, Mechelle, and Jimmy were our very dear friends when we lived in Bastrop and attended Riverside Baptist Church together for many wonderful years. We had so many happy and great times together, and we will always be heart friends. Mechelle was always so full of love, ready to help with anything she could--a complete joy to be around. Her faith was so strong. We have missed ya'll through the years, but you have always been in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers. You always will be.
