Obituary of Ricky Lyndon Harris

Funeral services for Ricky Lyndon Harris are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, July 29, 2024, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home, with Bro. Jerry Reynolds officiating. Mr. Harris, a member of Freedom Church in Bastrop, LA, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024, at the age of sixty-five. He worked for People’s Water for several years and loved hunting and fishing. Mr. Harris is survived by his wife, Lori Harris; children, Roxanna Halford, and husband Chris, Brandy Spigner, and husband Nick, T.J. Harris, and wife Courtney, Malena Barton, Anna Barton, Hunter Barton, Jake Barton, and Joseph Barton; sister, Darlene Halterman, and husband Mark, of Richland, MO; brothers, Henry Harris, and wife Kathy, of Sterlington, LA, and Rocky Harris, and wife Emma, of Monett, MO; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Odis and Sadie Harris of Bastrop, LA; brother, Clint Harris of Mountain Home, AR; sisters, Loretta Walton of Crossett, AR, Delorus (Yankee) Jennings of Bastrop, LA, and Teresa McGee of Bastrop, LA.
