Funeral services for Debbie Kay Harper are scheduled for 1 PM Tuesday, January 7, 2025, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce McCoy officiating. Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, prior to the service, beginning at 12 noon.
Mrs. Harper was born June 15, 1957 and passed away January 4, 2025, at the age of sixty-seven. She is survived by her sister, Tamie Plumley, and husband Howard; nieces, Tamatha Lasiter, and husband Charlie, and B.J. Thomas, and husband Keith; nephews, Tommy (T.J.) Cooper, II, Timothy (T.J.) Plumley, Jr.; great nieces, Jaislyn Sanders (Ryan), Conleigh Lasiter, Jennifer Kilcrease (Matt), Cami Plumley, Carmon Plumley, Chloe Plumley, and Kaitlin Jones (D.J.); great nephews, Devin Gongre and Hunter Jones (Emily); aunts, Nadine Ashcraft and Shirley Almond; special cousin, Toni Savage (Ronnie); and many more cousins and family.
Mrs. Harper is preceded in death by her father, Edwin Harper; mother, Gloria A. Harper; grandparents, William and Martha Harper, and Robert and Ola Almond.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tommy Roberson, Patrick Roberson, Paul Densmore and Dennis Trichell.
