I know this is late, but was unaware of his passing till recently as I don’t have social media and found out through another service member.
My best memory of Andrew was on our deployment to Iraq. We were heading south towards the Kuwait border on convoy. As we were heading there I was driving and he was gunner and we felt a wobble in the HMMWV and it happened to be a tire that was loose. We told our TC but he said keep going, the tire fell off and out TC just took off running through the desert chasing this tire. He took a video of it on my camera. We just laughed at it.
That being said, I am truly sorry for your loss.
Till Valhalla brother.

I'm sorry for your loss. I am Andy's distant cousin, linked by William Raymond Sr.'s brother James Robert Sr. side of the Chappell family.
I was happy to see the memorial video... he seemed to be so happy with his son. He also seemed to live a full life... just not long enough.
My prayers for you all!
Love,
Jim

Debbie and Bill & Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss of your Son Andy, I remember when we got the call at work that you were in the Hospital when Andy was being born. It's hard to believe that he lost his life . He is in Higher grounds with the Lord, may his memories comfort you at this difficult time, and know he was loved, by all who knew him .God bless you and your Family, I know it must be very difficult to know to have lost a son who served his country so well , thank him for serving. May he rest in peace.
Wishing you comfort and healing in the days ahead,, and know he served his country proudly,
In Sympathy, a friend and co-worker, Linda Vasquez

I am so very sorry for your loss of Andy, even though I didn’t get to know him personally. Losing a loved one can be very distressing for us to go through, especially one so young. But the Bible promises a time very soon when we will see our loved ones again. One account is found at Acts 24:15 that promises,”There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” What a wonderful time that will be when we can be reunited with our loved ones again.
