Obituary of Marshall Ricky Andrews

Private graveside services for Mr. Marshall Ricky Andrews, age 69, will be held with Bro. Lance Nugent officiating. Mr. Andrews, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, LA. Mr. Andrews, was a member of Gateway Pentecostal Church. He was employed with Brookshire’s Grocery Company and retired from the city of Bastrop. Ricky loved spending time with his grandchildren, and also enjoyed fishing and hunting. Mr. Andrews is preceded in death by his parents, Alton Lee and Helen Andrews; and a brother, Thomas Weslie Andrews. Mr. Andrews is survived by three sons, Randy Andrews of Bastrop, LA, Christopher Andrews and wife Rachel of Monroe, LA, Marcus Andrews of Bastrop, LA; two sisters, Carolyn Andrews Gilstrap of Bastrop, LA, Brenda Andrews Ardito and husband Anthony of West Monroe, LA; four brothers, Max Lee Andrews and wife Barbara of Bastrop, LA, Cleveland Andrews of Bastrop, LA, Scotty Baker Andrews and wife Betty of Bastrop, LA, Gary Kenneth Andrews, of Bastrop, LA; three grandchildren, Olivia Haynes, Isaac Andrews, Baylee Andrews; one great grandchild, Pearson Bolden; and seven nieces and nephews.
