Dewanna provided care for my husband in Tullahoma for many months. We both had such appreciation for her skill, kindness, and positive attitude over a very long, frustrating time. Her smile kept us going! Prayers for her family.

Dewanna taught me so much about woundcare when I called on her in Murfreesboro. She was one of the most genuine people I worked with. I’m heartbroken to hear she has passed. My prayers to her family! I look forward to seeing her in the future.
Sincerely

Dewanna and I worked together as nurses in Tullahoma,TN. I can’t think of a time when she wasn’t smiling and taking the extra time to make someone else comfortable. She was a true Christian Woman and she chased after God. She will be missed on earth by those who love her and knew her, but she is in Heaven of that I am sure. And I will be glad to see her again as we rejoin in Heaven once again as sisters through Christ. I am so heartbroken over the loss but I know God will comfort you. Love to you all. Kelly Clifford RN. Dewanna brought nothing but joy, hope, love and a smile to all that were blessed enough to know her. She is loved beyond measure. I pray that we all could live our lives as righteously as Dewanna has. The world is less now without her.

Don, Beth, Candy, Sherri, Tyler, Emily & Pat. Our hearts are heavy with grief for our precious Wannie. She was such a delight to be around. I can remember three little girls all dressed up with Wannie's beaming smile. She loved her family dearly and that includes her Aunt Edna, Uncle Delton, Randy and Robert. Our Laura said that at the reunion she sat and talked to Dewanna and Sherri and she remembered Wannie's infectious smile. We may not have been together as much as we wanted to but our family is close and when some are hurting, we all hurt with them. Don & Beth, you set a good example for your girls and it showed in Wannie's walk with God. So when you are down, just remember where she is and know she is where she wants to be. May God give all of you peace and comfort in the days ahead. We love you with all our hearts. Our love and prayers
Aunt LV and Uncle Gene.

Even though I knew Dewanna for only a short time, while working together in Tennessee, she truly blessed me.
What a wonderful and pleasant person she was. She had a smile and kind word for everyone.
Dewanna was definitely a bright light in this world.
My condolences to you all.

My mind has been flooded with memories. I grew up with Wannie, Sherri, and Candy. Our sleepovers in Mrs. Beth's beauty shop, playing with Jigs, our love of Dirty Dancing, listening to music, even putting the roof on their new house. Wannie's smile and laughter, even during the last several months as her health declined made me admire her strength. I know she is healed and sitting with Jesus and her wonderful Grandparents who I loved like my own. I can not fathom the pain that yall are feeling. Mrs. Beth and Mr. Donald, Sherri, my life long best friend, and Candy and your family. I love you all and my thoughts and prayers are with you always.
