I could write a book about the conversations I’ve had with Mr. DeBlieux at the ball parks. He was without a doubt one of the best men I’ve had the privilege to know. I was proud to call him my friend. My thoughts and prayers will be with the family.

I will miss Uncle W.V. he always gave me a hug and always had a beautiful smile that reminded me of daddy!!!!!!! Until we are all reunited again!!!!

I will miss Mr. WV DeBlieux. I am one of Mrs Joy DeBlieux’s caregivers and I always enjoyed having conversation with Mr WV. He was a very gentle, caring and a good man. I was always amazed at how much he loved Mrs Joy and how calm and patient he was with her. He is already missed by me and I’m sure by everyone who knew him. He has an amazing family. That shows how he was. They are all caring, loving and giving like him. It was a pleasure to know him and work for him.

So sorry to hear about Mr. DeBlieux passing. I have many fond memories of him at the baseball parks. Him and my Dad worked together at IP for many years. May God give you all peace and comfort during this difficult time that only He can give. You all are in my prayers.

For my God Father, Uncke WV, though I lived in another state and did not have the opportunity to kjow your life well... my nother Frances made sure I knew each of you and brothers and sisters with the warmth and kindness that she was shown growing up with the DeBlieux's ... i felt i knew you in many ways and some of others brothers and sisters as well, just from her stories to me. I know you were a good man. Rest in peace.

Jerry & I are so very sorry for this special
