I am so sorry to hear of Charles passing. Seems like it was just yesterday since we were at Oak Hill Elementary. My prayers are with the family at this time.
Charlie and I worked together on many machines. He was always upbeat and helpful. Worked on my vehicles also.
Great to be around. Never ran out of energy. He was light in a dark place. He let his light shine for the good God put in him.
