I always thought a lot of Donald! In his younger days he used to impress us teenagers and some of the adults from First Baptist Church Collinston by putting his feet straight up in the air and walking on his hands for long distances. He was a really good auto body man and painted really good as well. He painted a bus for the church and Me and Johnny Carter and few others helped with the prep work on it and ole Donald would bust open a watermelon for us, fond memories I sure miss those times. He also painted a fire truck for ward 8 fire volunteer fire department and he did all this at no charge and knowing Donald he probably sink out-of-the-pocket money into it as well because that’s the kind a guy Donald was! I didn’t get to go to the funeral because I simply did not know about it. I heard that he had passed but I didn’t know when everything was taken place or I would have been there. I will see you soon, Donald!
