I had the pleasure of knowing Jim at Transco. Always so friendly and a smile. I helped him a number of times with the drinks at the retiree reunions. I know you will miss this great man but remember you will join him again you know where. My Condolences.

Sally, and family, I was so sad to learn today that our first cousin (to us reared in Bastrop, always "Jimmy Todd") had died. I was, however, so happy to learn that you both were able to visit our grandmother Todd's homestead in Princess Anne, Maryland, something I am certain was thrilling. Aunt Ruth and Mother and I stopped there, the summer before my last year in law school, now many years ago. I send my love and affection to you all, from the rural Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Cousin Bert Buford

Jamie: I met your dad only a few times but I was always treated like family by he and your mother. I salute him for his service to our country, his character (rare today), dedication to his marriage (again, rare) and his heart for Jesus. You kids are his greatest legacy. Blessings from Kentucky.
