Graveside funeral services for Mr. Delbert E. Kelly are scheduled for 1 PM Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the NE LA Veterans Cemetery (Rayville, LA) with Bro. Tim Post officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Kelly passed away Friday, October 15, 2021, at the age of seventy-five. He was a veteran having served his country in the United States Air Force and the United States Navy.
He is survived by his brothers, Woodrow Kelly, Jr and wife Vera of Bastrop, LA, Tommy Kelly and wife Candace of Crowley, LA, and Gerald Kelly of Monroe, LA; nephews, Hollis Kelly of Fair Hope, AL, Douglas Kelly of Abbeville, LA, Tucker Kelly of New Orleans, LA, Hunter Kelly of Crowley, LA, and Ryan Kelly of Bastrop, LA.
Mr. Kelly is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow Kelly, Sr and Evie Mae Day Kelly; and sisters-in-law, Helen Kelly and Diane Kelly.
His nephews will serve as pallbearers.
