I say this in honor of my other mom and friend Glenda Jewel Hales. I love you Granny and I will miss you. We had so much fun at your house. So many memories of setting at the table laughing and talking. I know sometimes you must have thought there was a never-ending stream of people coming into your home looking for something no one else had to give them. Granny Adams had it right when she named you Jewel because you have been that in so many lives. We all wanted that special place and we all had it. It wasn't reserved for just one of us, but you made each of us feel that it was just me. You will be missed
