Obituary of Donald Nations

Funeral services for Donald Nations are scheduled for 9 AM Tuesday, August 16, 2022, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Casey Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, August 15, 2022, from 5 PM - 7 PM at Goldens. Mr. Nations, a resident of Beekman, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022, at the age of eighty-two. He was a member of Bonita Road Baptist Church, and he loved his church and church family dearly. Mr. Nations was 100% devoted to his family, cherishing every moment spent with them, especially his grandchildren. He was a very friendly and social person and enjoyed visiting with everyone he met. Mr. Nations also had a love for hunting and fishing when he was still able to go. Mr. Nations is survived by his wife of sixty years, Gloria Nations; daughters, Donna Nations and Dana Nations; grandchildren, Brittany Smith and husband, Logan, Misty Nations and husband, Marcus Biggs, Natasha Morris, Brandon Nations and wife, Melissa and thirteen great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Keith Nations; parents, Agnes and Marion Nations; and numerous siblings.
