From Mom: Jimma Rae was the happiest baby. She was the bright light in our lives. She touched the lives of everyone she met. Jimma was a true blessing, the greatest gift from God. We prayed for our baby girl for six years, despite two different obstetricians’ “confirmations” that it would never happen. God had other plans. So to say Jimma Rae was a miracle is an understatement. I know she only had three short months on this earth but in those three months she gave and experienced more love than most do in a lifetime. She knew she was special and so loved. There are no words to express how we feel right now, but knowing I’ll see you again, that’s what is getting me through. I promise daddy and I will hold you again, my little sugar and Daddy’s Little Boo-Bear. Until then, I find comfort knowing you are in the arms of God, Granny, PawPaw, and Mimi. We love you our baby. You will forever be with us, our baby girl! From Daddy: Jimma Rae is more than a miracle. She is a ray of light in our lives. Jimma’s smile, kisses and coos warmed every heart she touched. She loved to rest her ear over my heart, while burying her head beneath my chin. She would take her hands and pull at my chest to bring herself closer. She loved to be loved and this is how she gave her love. Daddy loves his little Boo-Bear and I’ll forever cherish our Eskimo kisses. We love you our little miracle. And until we get to hold you again, you will remain a Rae of Light in our hearts....Jimma Rae, We Love You.
