I am truly saddened to hear of Carolyn’s passing. I worked with her at Bastrop Junior High West. She was a woman of integrity. She loved her family and spoke of them often. Also, she created lovely crafts. Please accept my condolences..
I knew her as Mrs. Turner, my first grade teacher. She came to our Oak Hill class in the middle of the year and was one of my favorite teachers. Thank you, Mrs. Turner, for your kindness that touched the lives of so many children!
Mrs. Turner was my first grade teacher at Oak Hill Elementary School. I'll always remember her as one of my favorite teachers. Met her as an adult and she was just as sweet and kind as I remembered.
I am so saddened to learn of the passing of Carolyn. I remember her so well as we both worked in the Morehouse Parish Schools System. She was always a joy to see. My thoughts and prayers are with all who loved her as I know she will be greatly missed.
