I was blessed to know Mr. Dye and enjoyed our talks about growing up in the country. He would tell me of how things were done back in the day and how good Mrs. Dyes red-eyed gravy and homemade biscuits were. Those talks reminded me of my own childhood and how things have changed for us all. He was one of a kind and will be deeply missed. May he rest in everlasting peace and God bless his family and friends during this time.
