Nick was such a special part of our family. I love how he loved Vicki and all of our family; and I loved him with all my heart. He gave so much and asked for so little and was one of the hardest working, strongest men I’ve ever known. He faced many challenges in his life especially after the horrific incident with a horse that ended his riding days and changed his life. But most people never knew the pain he was going through because he faced every challenge with a quiet strength and determination and strong will to continue to find joy in life. My heart breaks that he is gone but it is also happy that he is Home and no longer in pain. Go rest high on that mountain Nick, your work here is done.
