J. H. Lockwood is one of the kindest and most selfless people we know. We attended church at Cherry Ridge Baptist with him and his family for a number of years before we moved to Oklahoma in 2004. We have some of the most wonderful and sweet memories with this family, (J. H. and Larue, Bill, Jackie and Jenny, Sherry and Leland) at church and just knowing them and seeing them around anywhere we ran into them. He will be missed by so many, but we know he is celebrating with His Jesus who welcomed J. H. with these words:
"Well done, thou good and faithful servant; enter thou into the joy of thy Lord." Matthew 25:21
