I never knew my real grandmother. She died before I was born. Percy married Carlene and she was who I knew as a grandmother on that side of the family. She loved my brother and I like we were her own blood. And I am a better person for her choices in life, for her choices were always selfless and loving. She was my real grandmother, and I'll miss her.
