Debbie was not just a coworker, but a friend who always had a minute to talk, help with a problem and make me feel important. Even on the worst days of work she would make the day easier however she could. Cornerstone will never be the same without her. Her memory will live there forever.
For her family...I'm truly sorry for your loss. It was obvious how much she loved and cherished each of you, Especially her precious grandbabies! Sending love and prayers to all of you.

One of the many, many good memories of Debbie was on Yancy’s 3 wheeler and for some reason all we could manage was to pop wheelies and laugh. That went on for a long time, so much fun like everything we did together. Driving around in Yancy May’s chevette singing loud and badly but we didn’t care! Laughing and just enjoying ourselves. Fishing, working, cleaning it didn’t matter as long as we were doing it together it made it fun. Debbie was sassy, strong, stubborn and generous she’d give you the shirt off her back. I’ll treasure knowing her and honored to be one of her dearest friends.

Mrs. Debbie was a second mother and grandma to my son and me. I will never forget her kind heart and loving soul. The times She brought my son and me home. The times we shared stories about our lives and what food to order. I learned to love Mrs. Debbie as more than a friend. I will always do my best to show my students kidness and love in memory of Mrs. Debbie, She inspired me to always be kind and show Jesus light to others, because She was a perfect example of Jesus love for all of us. We will see you again Our Dear Debbie. I will continue to support Cornerstone and love Cornerstone as much as you did. You will forever be in my heart. Mrs. G
