Q: What will you never forget about Bobby?
A: Mr Bobby, through the love of God, was able to help find me in a small town jail in North Louisiana when my family couldn’t find me. If it weren’t for him I would have been stuck there or dropped off at a bus station and stuck wandering the streets. When I was in jail I called out to God to get me out, and then one day a family friend was at my cell door to bring me home, all thanks to Mr Bobby for finding me. He is a great man and an honorable man. I know Tracy and Sarah both very well, and I love them. He has an amazing family and they always treated me as one of them. I’m sure he’s continuing his journey in the next life and spreading love as he did in this world. It’s sad to see him leave us, but we all meet again eventually!

When I was a little girl, I would stay with Bobby and Glenda in Bastrop. I remember going to a creek. Bobby picked me up and threw me out into the middle of the water, I was thrashing around, thought I was going to drown. He hollered out “ you better kick those arms and legs and swim or you’ll drown”, I learned to swim that day.
